  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Pruitts Furniture only ships within the state of Arizona.  If your shipping address falls outside the Phoenix Metro Area, additional shipping charges may incurr.  A Pruitt's Represantive will be calling within 24 hours to go over our delivery procedure and schedule a delivery date.

    How far out is your delivery once an order is placed?

    Answer:  Once an order has been placed Pruitt's Furniture can deliver to your home within 3 to 4 days.

     

    What days do you deliver?

    Answer:  Monday-Saturday between 8am-6pm.

     

    Can we request a time for delivery?

    Answer: No, we will geographically route every delivery by zip code.  We cannot specify nor request time frames.  We do invite you to call us the morning of your delivery after 9am, and a Pruitt's representative will give you a 3-4 hour window.

     

    How do I schedule a delivery once my order has been placed?

    Answer:  Call (602)956-1991 to schedule your delivery after your order has been placed.  Please allow 30-40 minutes for your order to be submitted.

  • Sales Tax
  • The checkout process will automatically add 9.3% sales tax (on the product only) to all orders.



  • Warranties
  • Warranty: Pruitt’s Furniture warrants all merchandise sold to be free of manufacture defect in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.  

    Pruitt’s warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence, or accident; has been relocated, repaired or tampered with; was sold "as is"; or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee any fabric against wear, fading, color fastness or damage caused by cleaning processes.

    Please note that many manufacturers offer separate warranties on their products. For more information, please refer to warranty tags attached to all furniture



  • Return Policy
  • We know that you will be very pleased with our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us via e-mail or phone within 3 days after your shipment has been delivered in order to be eligible to return items. If you chose to return your item, we will deduct both our complete original shipping cost along with the cost to return ship the items back to us, from your refund amount. Once you contact us, we will arrange for the pickup of your item and will refund the cost of the returned item(s) once we receive and inspect them. Please note that we assess a %20 restocking fee (of the product purchase price) to process the items returned, which covers our cost to process, inspect, and forward the items to an outside liquidator. Returned items should be free of damage. As soon as we have received and inspected the return, we will apply the credit amount (less shipping fees and restocking fees, as noted above).

    Visible Damage: It is our goal for all goods to arrive to the consumer in usable condition; however we do experience shipment damages from time to time. It is necessary for you the consumer to inspect the exterior condition of the product packaging for visible damages.

    Concealed damage or other quality issue: Any quality or damage claims regarding our merchandise, must be communicated to the Pruitt's Furnitre Online via the contact us page within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is the policy of Pruitts Furniture, not to replace product that can be repaired with modest effort. In most cases Pruitt's Furniture will require a photograph of the product in question to evaluate the severity of the damage.

    Mattress Return Policy: All mattress purchases are final from the date of receipt.  Pruitt's furniture highly recommends that you try out a mattress at one of our locations before you make your purchase.



  • Miscellaneous
  • Credit Card Policy: Pruitt's Furniture does not process phone order's or accept credit cards over the phone unless you have used that card in the store before. If you have made a purchase through our online store, your credit card has been processed through a verification system and will be excluded from this policy. That exclusion is for online shoppers only!!!!
